How long will it take to receive my order?
After you have submitted your order, we will process it within 3 days and update you with a tracking number.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping times are dependent on delivery location. A tracking number will be provided once the unit has been shipped.
Where does it ship from?
Our units are stored in our Vancouver, BC facility.
My order arrived damaged/missing parts. What should I do?
Inspect your delivery before it is accepted and note on the Bill of Landing of any damage. If your order comes with missing parts, please make a list/s of the missing parts. Contact customer service with your images and lists and we will correct this immediately.
Do the sawmills come assembled?
No, the mills do not come assembled. There are assembly instructions and manual located in the box. If you lose or can’t find your manual, you can download/print a PDF version
If there are any issues with the assembly process, you can contact customer service and we will be happy to assist.
Can I purchase a pre-built sawmill?
At this current stage we do not offer pre-assembled sawmills. We are happy to assist you with your assembling process and help answer any questions along the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
Do they all come with a trailer?
No, the sawmills are ground models. A trailer is an accessory that the ground model easily attaches onto. View our trailers HERE.
